Facility Leader: Chad Miller, Warden

Chad Miller, Warden Chad Miller was named warden at Torrance County Detention Facility in 2015. Miller joined CCA in 2000 as a case manager at California City Correctional Center, where he also served as unit manager, case management coordinator, chief of unit management and assistant warden. Miller transferred to La Palma Correctional Center, and then to Red Rock Correctional Center as assistant warden. He was named warden at Cimarron Correctional Facility in 2012. He holds a bachelor's degree in history from California State University at Bakersfield and a graduate certificate in correctional leadership from Eastern Kentucky University.
