Facility Leader: Grady Perry, Warden

Grady Perry, Warden Grady Perry was named warden at Hardeman County Correctional Center in 2015. Previously he served as warden at Coffee Correctional Facility. Perry started his career with CCA in 1992 as a correctional officer at South Central Correctional Center, where he also served as a senior correctional officer, shift supervisor, and assistant chief of security. He was promoted to assistant warden at Silverdale Detention Facilities. Grady later became warden at Otter Creek Correctional Center and Lee Adjustment Center. He spent 13 years serving in the Tennessee National Guard.
